Part A.
- The dates of the five-week 2011 Summer Program in Law are July 10 through August 13. The size of the program is limited to 40 students. A description of the academic program and its history and purpose is found elsewhere in this brochure.
- The University of Oklahoma College of Law sponsors this summer program.
- The total number of students participating in the 2010 summer program was 42. This included 32 students from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and 10 students from other law schools. The average enrollment in the program over the past ten years has been 44 students of which 8 are from other law schools.
- The program is limited to students attending ABA approved law schools or graduates of such schools.
- Descriptions of each course and the corresponding number of credit hours is listed elsewhere in this brochure.
- A schedule of classes with days and times for each class will be mailed to all applicants upon receipt of their request for application materials.
- Students are required to prepare for and attend class regularly. The College of Law uses a 12-point grading system with 12 being an A+ and 1 being a D-. Examination papers are graded anonymously.
- The maximum number of students in any course will not exceed 20. Any law student who has completed the first year of law study in good standing may enroll in any course.
- Applicants should consult with the dean of their respective law schools to determine what requirements must be met to allow transfer of credits.
- It is unlikely that participation in a foreign summer program may be used to accelerate graduation. Students interested in acceleration should consult the appropriate administrator at their home schools to review this issue in light of ABA Standard 305, Interpretation 4.

- The administrative office and classrooms for all courses are in Brasenose College.
- England, Oxford and Brasenose College are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Any student with disabilities should submit documentation to the University of Oklahoma College of Law so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
- This Program is not subject to cancellation except for the presence of foreign military operations in England or a major disaster in Oxford. If this should occur, a full refund will be made to each student in the Program. The University of Oklahoma College of Law has never cancelled its Summer Program at Oxford.
Part B
If changes are made in the course offerings or other significant aspects of the Program, those changes will be communicated promptly to any applicant who has paid a deposit or registered for the Program, and an opportunity will be provided for that person to obtain a full refund of all monies paid.
