Application & Payment Deadlines
Applications must be submitted before April 15, 2012. Applications must be accompanied by a $400 deposit made payable to the University of Oklahoma.
The deposit will be refunded if students are not accepted. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The deposit will not be refunded if the student is accepted into the Program and does not attend for any reason. The balance of all costs (minus the $400 deposit) will be billed to each student in May. Brasenose College will allocate rooms for students on June 15, 2012.
Therefore students withdrawing from the program after June 15, 2012 will be charged a cancellation fee of $5,000.
