Drew Kershen: Research/Scholarship

Intellectural Property Rights in Living Matter (Student Project)

Working Papers:

Under the direction of Professor Drew Kershen, University of Oklahoma Law students choose a country to write three descriptive explanations, called e-briefs, of the chosen country's intellectual property rights in living matter (bacteria, plants, and animals). Students write these three e-briefs for the Oklahoma Journal of Law & Technology (opens in a new window) (OkJoLT) ultimately for publication after editorial review. For several countries, OkJoLT has finished the editorial review and has published the e-briefs. For other countries, OkJoLT has not yet completed the editorial review process. Student e-briefs that have not yet been reviewed by OkJoLT editors are identified as Working Papers. Student "Working Papers" are available on this website in manuscript format, awaiting editorial review by OkJoLT.
