  1. Spring Pro Bono Hours due 4/6

    To be eligible for the Pro Bono Recognition Reception and assorted year-end awards, you must log all your pro bono hours on Symplicity by Mon. April 6. You may log hours you are committed to complete thru April 30.

  2. Log Your Spring Pro Bono Hours!

    Now is the time to log your spring pro bono hours on Simplicity (or catch up on logging hours from past semesters). The reporting year goes through April, so you may enter hours you KNOW you will complete by 4/30.

  3. Save the Date

    Students who have completed at least 25 hours of pro bono service will be invited to the lovely Pro Bono Recognition Reception on April 13 at 4PM. Be sure you have logged all of your pro bono hours on Simplicity!

  4. Barrister and Solicitor Apps Due

    If you would like to be considered for membership to the Natl Order of Barristers/ Order of Solicitors, complete the application on the Student Intranet and turn in to Paige in Student Svcs by noon, April 2nd.

  7. Summer Fellowship Apps Due

    Message: Applications for fellowship support for public service/pro bono work this summer are due Friday, April 3 by 5 PM. Applications with complete instructions are available in Faculty Support. See Prof. Backus with questions.

  8. SBA Elections

    Sign up to run for SBA Board of Governors, 2L, and 3L Class officers! Forms are on the SBA office door across from Amicus. Filing period closes at 5pm on Wed, April 1.

  9. Board of Advocates - 1L Info

    1Ls interested in applying for the Board of Advocates can pick up an info sheet from Student Services to learn more. Applications will be available at the end of 1L Moot Court.

  10. Law Students for Africa Information

    Join us on Tues, April 7, at noon in CL 5 to learn more about the LSFA organization, their Spring Break Trip to Uganda, and how you can get involved! Lunch provided. RSVP on Symplicity by noon on Mon, April 6.

  11. Bar Exam Scholarship

    The OBA Indian Law Section offers a $1,000 scholarship for a 2L or 3L planning to practice Indian Law in OK. Apply by 5/8/15. See details on the Intranet under Forums/Scholarships tab.

  12. Laptop Exams Sign Up

    Sign-up for Laptop Exams is open through 5pm on Wednesday, 4/15. Sign up via the Laptop Exams link on the Law Student Intranet.

  13. Lost and Found Items

    Lose anything? Check Lost and Found in Student Services, Room 2123.

  14. Outside Scholarship & Writing Comps

    Information on outside (non OU) scholarships, fellowships, internships and writing competitions are found on the Student Intranet under Forums. See Paige in Student Svcs if you have questions.

  15. Pre-enrollment Apps. Avail.

    Interested in enrolling in the Civil or Criminal clinic for the summer or fall-pick up an app. in the Clinic Room 2020. Litigation Skills apps. are available in the Clinic Rm. 2020. Permission required!
